Five Steps to Crafting Your Equity Lens

What is An Equity Lens?

An Equity Lens is your own personal mission statement. This statement has your vision of the world that you want for not only yourself, but for seven generations to come. Your Equity Lens is a tool that helps you see what needs to be done to build that world with those around you.

The words you craft in your Equity Lens will help guide the building of a community that hasn't yet come to fruition.  With your Equity Lens, your community will stand to become more substantial in our time.

Benefits of Crafting Your Equity Lens

By Crafting Your Equity Lens,  you will begin to understand that you are worthy, NOW. You are powerful because you were born, not because of what wealth you have amassed in your time here. Your humanity and the humanity of those around you will begin to grow. Growing with a true sense of compassion, empathy, grace, integrity, accountability, and unconditional love. You will see through your Equity Lens someone’s humanity first and foremost, thus allowing you to love them as you deserve to be loved.
